GENERAL
- i reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
- disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
- commissioning me means that you have read all of my tos and agree to everything stated in it.PAYMENTS
- RUSH FEES are applied when the commission is asked to be completed within
A). one week (starting from the time of payment),
B). two weeks during the holidays. rush fees can be applied at any time if the work needs to suddenly have a fast turnaround.
- ADDITIONAL FEES will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “revisions” below).
- the exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.REVISIONS
- one major revision is allowed in the sketch phase and is covered in the commission price.
- four (4) minor revisions are allowed in coloring/rendering stage and are covered in the commission price.
- excessive minor revisions (five or more | ≥5) will add on additional fees.
- revisions due to my own negligence are free.
- additional major revisions will incur additional fees.
- it is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- the resolution of my work is done in a canvas either 3000x3000 or 1920x1080, unless you are asking for something with a specific size (twitch emotes/banner/offline or online screen).
- i will send over a sketch to be approved and you need to have seen it within 48 hours of me sending it. if the 48 hours passes with no mention of you not being able to get back to me prior, your commission will be refunded and repurposed.
- i will accept one complete revision before a fee is applied. the prior sketch will be repurposed by me. if you ask for the revision, the sketch that was sent before is now unable to be used by you.
- sketch and in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res images.
- deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
i will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. i will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.USE
YOU CAN USE MY ART IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
- print the work for personal use.
- crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
- use the artwork as reference for a study.
- post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
- claim the artwork as yours.
- remove/hide my watermark/signature.
- paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
- color in my sketches or lineart.
- use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
- reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- i, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works. they will be used in my portfolio as works i have done.
- i reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
- i reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
- any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
- the final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights (streaming/designing a character with the intent to create a vtuber/merchandise).
- you must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.REFUNDS
- once the final sketch is approved, a refund is not permitted.
- you may cancel the commission any time, after which i will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
- i reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
- you may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.COMMUNICATION
- lines of communication are open to discord (preferred), vgen or twitter.
- i will update you as soon as i either complete a stage of work, have a question about the design or if i cannot complete the commission for any reason.
- any inappropriate communication can cause your commission to be canceled and refunded. you may not commission me again and you will be added to my blacklist.
